How to delete your Univer account

Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to control your data. Here's how to delete your Univer account based on your situation:

A

If your account is yet to be complete

There is nothing to delete. Incomplete accounts are not stored and no personal data is retained.

If your account is complete

In the app, go to the Settings screen, tap "Delete Account" and verify the action.

Tap the gear icon in the app

Delete Account

Scroll down and tap the option

Confirm

Verify your identity to proceed

Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, matches, conversations, and profile information will be permanently removed. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile is immediately removed from the app
  • All your matches and conversations are deleted
  • Your photos and personal information are erased
  • Any whispers or endorsements associated with your account are removed
  • You will need to create a new account if you want to use Univer again
